Tru Pilates Terms & Conditions

Monthly Unlimited Membership Terms

  • Your enrolment date sets your recurring monthly payment date.

  • An active payment card must be stored on your online account at all times.

  • Unused credits cannot be transferred to another client or rolled over to the following month.

  • Upon each successful monthly payment, you will receive your allocated sessions for that billing period. You are free to use your sessions in any way within that timeframe.

  • You may book and attend one class per day.

  • Cancellations must follow our studio’s general policy—sessions will be forfeited if not canceled in time. All cancellations must be managed through your online account; cancellations via phone or email can not be accepted.

  • You may pause your membership for one billing cycle by providing at least three working days’ notice before your next scheduled payment. Memberships may only be paused for one month at a time.

  • To cancel, we require one full month’s written notice. For example, if your billing date is the 15th, you must submit notice before the 15th of the prior month for that to be your final payment.

  • All membership fees and studio pricing are subject to an annual review, typically conducted in March.

  • Package Expiry Periods

Late Arrivals & Cancellation Policy

  • Late arrivals of more than 10 minutes will not be permitted to join the session, as this disrupts the flow of the class and poses a safety risk. The session will be forfeited.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled session to avoid losing the session. This applies to all private, duet, and group classes.

  • If you fail to attend a booked session without proper cancellation, the session will be deducted from your package or membership allocation.

  • If you pay online, instead of booking with a pre-paid pass, you can reschedule your appointment if giving 24 hours notice. If 24 hours notice is not given, the class can be cancelled but no reschedule or refund will be given.

Refund Policy

  • All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. This includes memberships, packages, and single-session purchases.

  • In exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical reasons with supporting documentation), we may consider a credit to your account rather than a refund. Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

  • Memberships cannot be shared between clients.

Studio Etiquette

  • To ensure a welcoming and professional environment for all clients, we ask that you:

  • Arrive on time for your session and be ready to start.

  • Wear appropriate clothing for safety and hygiene.

  • Wipe down all equipment after use with the provided cleaning materials.

  • Refrain from using mobile phones during sessions to maintain focus and minimise disruptions.

  • Respect other clients by keeping noise levels to a minimum in the studio.

  • If you are feeling unwell, please stay home and reschedule your session accordingly.
