Whether you're new to Pilates or looking to deepen an established practice, our class levels are designed to meet you where you are. Explore the path that suits your body best and progress with purpose.

Ideal for beginners or those returning to Pilates, these classes focus on mastering the fundamentals, building strength, improving posture, and deepening the mind-body connection.

Introduction Classes

Ideal for intermediate levels, these classes build on foundational Pilates knowledge to develop greater strength and familiarity with the classical apparatus. Perfect for those with a consistent practice, whether classical or contemporary.

Progression Classes

Designed for confident movers with a solid Pilates foundation, these classes focus on precise, high-intensity exercises that demand strength, control, and discipline. Ideal for teachers, trainers, and experienced clients such as dancers, athletes, and fitness professionals.

Advanced Classes

Reformer-Based Classes

Designed to restore alignment, build strength, and improve flexibility, our Classical Pilates Reformer classes use spring resistance to bring the body back into balance.
 

With small group classes, you’ll receive personalised guidance while working on the Reformer. Ideal for those recovering from injury, supporting other training, or managing postural imbalances.
 

Recommended for all levels. Start with a Discovery Package if you’re new. 6 spaces per class.

Tower-Based Classes

Our Classical Pilates Tower classes deliver a full-body workout using spring resistance to build strength, length, and control.

​

Working on the Tower (also known as the Cadillac), you’ll move dynamically through spinal mobility, core engagement, and total-body conditioning — ideal for improving posture, stamina, and tone.

​

All levels welcome. 5 spaces per class.

Wunda Chair & Barrel-Based Classes

This dynamic class combines two iconic pieces of classical Pilates apparatus: the Wunda Chair and Pilates Barrels.

​

The Chair builds powerful strength, balance, and control, while the Barrels support deep spinal mobility and release through the hips and shoulders. Together, they deliver a full-body workout that’s energising, challenging, and deeply rewarding.

​

Best suited for regular practitioners or those ready to progress. 5 spaces per class.

Mat-Based Classes

Often underestimated, Classical Mat Pilates is where true control and core strength are built. Using only your body and gravity, you’ll develop stability, alignment, and precision through a flowing sequence of classical exercises.

​

Each class follows the traditional order — helping you move with confidence, clarity, and consistency. Perfect as a stand-alone practice or to complement other training.

​

Our Private 1:1 sessions take place in our fully equipped private studio, featuring the complete range of classical Pilates apparatus—including the Cadillac, Ladder Barrel, Wunda Chair, Spine Corrector, Reformer and more. This is where the true depth of Pilates comes to life.

 

Whether you’re working towards sport-specific goals, rehabilitating after injury, or recovering from surgery, our expert teachers will design a bespoke programme to support your journey. You’ll receive one-to-one attention, targeted exercises, and hands-on support in a calm, focused environment.

 

Flexible scheduling is available, and blocks offer the best value for long-term commitment and progress.

Duet Sessions

MOVE TOGETHER. PROGRESS TOGETHER.

Our Duet Sessions offer a semi-private Pilates experience for two clients at a similar level –  ideal for friends, partners, or colleagues who want focused, personalised training in a more social setting.

Held in our fully equipped private studio, these sessions use the complete range of classical Pilates apparatus, including the Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Ladder Barrel, Spine Corrector, and more.

​

To request a duet session, both clients must meet the requirements for the selected level.
